After registering or signing in, navigate to the dashboard and click "Create Organization". Follow the prompts to enter your company details, then go to your company's Licences page and select the plan that fits your needs. Submit a licence request and the admin will review and activate it — no payment required. Once your licence is active, you can start managing your projects with CoPIMS.

To prevent conflict of interest, one user can only create one company or organization regardless of its type. If you need to manage multiple companies/organizations, please create separate accounts for each.

Standard Work Items are predefined sets of items, each with associated materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor components. Setting up these items during your company’s initial configuration ensures consistency in estimating, planning, and reporting across all projects. Once defined, you can easily reuse these standard work items in any project with some degree of allowance depending on the project conditions, saving time and maintaining a reliable baseline for project management, tracking, and reporting.

Yes! CoPIMS allows you to generate PDFs for various documents including BoQs, project plans, progress reports, payment requests, and more. This feature enables you to easily share and archive important project information in a universally accessible and attractive format, ensuring that all stakeholders can view and reference the documents as needed.

CoPIMS integrates suppliers, subcontractors, and rental companies into the project management process by allowing you to manage procurement, subcontracting, and equipment rental directly within the platform. You can create and track purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and rental contracts, ensuring that all parties are aligned with project timelines and requirements.

CoPIMS is built on a "single source of truth" principle. For example, when you update work progress in the Plan and Report module, it automatically informs the Payment module for IPC generation and updates the Project dashboard, ensuring all departments stay synchronized without manual data entry.
